Service Tiers

docCentrum is available in two levels of service.

docCentrum Lite

docCentrum Lite provides all the standard docCentrum Compliance features. You assign reading tasks to any user, and the dashboards are all available to view the status of assigned tasks.

docCentrum Lite provides almost zero direct integration with Microsoft 365, other than using your Microsoft Entra ID users as a data source for People Picker components when choosing who to assign tasks to.

Here is a summary of docCentrum Lite capabilities:

  • Create Tasks using the docCentrum Portal, SharePoint Online web parts, or Microsoft 365 Power Platform custom connectors
  • Design Quizzes to be completed prior to Tasks being marked as complete
  • Summaries of Task Status via the docCentrum Portal or SharePoint Online web parts
  • Create "Task Packages" which are sets of tasks that can be assigned in bulk to users

docCentrum Premium

docCentrum Premium provides all of the features of docCentrum Lite, with the following extra capabilities:

  • Direct Integration with SharePoint Document Centers from the docCentrum Portal
  • Webhooks for third party application integration when Tasks are assigned and completed
  • The ability to use a Microsoft 365 Mailbox for sending Email notifications to task assignees
  • The ability to assign docCentrum Tasks to a Microsoft 365 Group
