Working Documents

Working Documents are where documents are authored, controlled, and published via staged approvals.

When you access Working Documents, you are presented with a standard SharePoint Document library, but the following options are hidden from the standard toolbar, for which you should use the docCentrum Power Automate workflows to perform:

  • Add Shortcut to OneDrive
  • Alert Me
  • Automate
  • Check Out
  • Compliance Details
  • Copy
  • Delete
  • Download
  • Export as CSV
  • Integrate
  • Manage Access
  • Move
  • Pin to Quick ACcess
  • Properties
  • Publish / Unpublish
  • Quick Edit
  • Sync to OneDrive

Note

If you are a Site Owner, you will always see the full set of options in the toolbar.
