Use Quizzes to determine how well the recipients have read and understood the information in the documentation they've been issued.

You can create tasks to ask simple, multiple choice questions to ascertain if the documentation that has been set to users is being absorbed properly.

User the Quiz Editor to Add Questions, set the Question Type and specific the possible answers for each question.

Where you set a question Type to Multiple Choice, you can set muliple correct answers.
